Mario remains number one in Costume Express’ weekly Top 10 kid’s costume rankings

Minor shake-up in rankings, but Mario still number one
Costume Express released its weekly top 10 children’s costumes today. While two new costumes cracked the top 10, Mario still retained the top spot for the second week in a row.
“We knew Mario was going to be successful this year because of the popularity of Mario-themed party supplies on Birthday Express, and he has not disappointed,” said Jalem Getz, CEO of BUYSEASONS, Inc., the parent company of Costume Express. “This is the first year we have made these costumes available, and people are very excited about them.”
As mentioned above, the most popular costume ordered on Costume Express during the week beginning on Friday, September 11 and ending on Thursday, September 17 was the Super Mario Bros. Mario Deluxe Costume. Coming in second was the Lil’ Mermaid Costume, jumping up three spots from number five. The Harry Potter Gryffindor robe broke a third place tie with the Super Mario Bros. Luigi Deluxe Costume, which came in fourth. Moving up one spot to fifth was the Batman Brave & Bold Deluxe Costume.
Rounding out the top 10 were the Teal Dragon Child Costume, Monster Girl Costume, Cleopatra Child Costume, Car Hop Girl Costume, and the Pink Supergirl Costume.
