The dress was smaller than anticipated and the hat was so small that it fits my daughter's stuffed animals only. Missing the two bows on the front of the dress and material not so great.

My 20 month old is tiny for her age and this costume was the perfect fit for her. It wasn't big and bulky like others I've seen. She was able to wear a heavy long sleeve black shirt underneath too (since we live in NY and Oct 31st is cold). The only thing I would change is the hat. We had to sew a strap underneath to keep it from falling off. Other than that. . . great costume!
