Title: Does not fit on head well

This hat is a great price, but I guess you get what you pay for. This hat will not securely stay on my head and I have a normal if not small head size. This will be a challenge on Halloween trick or treating with my kids. If it is windy at all...forget about it. Oh well.....

Title: Witch Hat Adult

We needed a bunch of inexpensive, but nice, witch hats for a promotional event and this suited the bill to a T. Each person decorated their own hat and it was easy to do on this material. Delivery was on time as promised and quality good for what we wanted and the low price we paid. I will buy here again.
