Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

Title: white balloons

I ordered these "white" balloons for my daughters Head Start Graduation as part of the decorations for the event. When I recieved my order I found PEARLIZED/IVORY balloons instead. I was VERY Dissapointed with this.

When I purchsed these I was unsure if they were helium quality balloons because the price was very cheap compared to the local party store. I was very pleased that they were helium quality. Excellent product & cheap too.
