This witch's hat has all the frills! This excellent Ultimate Witch Hat is a classic black pointed witch hat with a black bow and hanging black ribbon and lace trim all around the edges of the hat. Nylon mix.

It was awesome. My only complaint was that all ribbon etc. came down on one side not all around the hat as shown in picture. I hung it on my bed post to straighten it up after shipping.
