Bought two of these for my granddaughters & they are very cute and lots of sparkle. Velcro in the back & all one piece make it easy for them to dress-up with.

Dorothy of Wizard of Oz was a great find. The dress sparkled in the night and so did my daughter! The fabric was sturdy, well-made and fantastic. All the neighbors agreed as well. Thanks for a costume beyond our expectations. Thanks Celebrate Express! Beautiful.
