The shirt looks good. I'm an XL guy, so I ordered an XL. It was WAY to big. I sent it back and got a L, its almost to big, but its ok. My wife ordered the womens Star Trek 'Uhuru dress.' She's a medium, but ordered a small, and it fits fine.
