He'll defend his plantation from the Union soldiers, and protect the ladies from the carpetbaggers, all without breaking a sweat. The Southern Gentleman costume includes a long dark gray coat, gray vest with attached white shirt sleeves and gold color chain & faux buttons, white dickie with attached burgundy tie, and brimmed hat. 4-Piece Set. Dry clean. Polyester.

Does not include pants or shoes.

Title: Perfect Theatrical Costune

My son is acting in "A Christmas Carol" and we needed a man's costume for that time period. I ordered this one, and it arrived in a timely fashion. He tried it on with his black pants, and we all agreed that it looked like a costume from the Dickens period. The only thing we changed was the hat. We bought a black bowler hat that was more in keeping with the time period.

I look for unusual costumes and this one fits the bill. It will be fun for my husband to wear.
