I'm a 117lbs/34 bust and the adult medium fit my bust well, but was loose on the waist. The length was also good, which I was concerned about. My only complaint is that the sash is very poorly constructed--some of the loops were not sewn or sewn in the wrong position, and the tie is flimsy. It also was quite big, so I had to tie a knot in it to shorten it. Overall, I really liked this costume and received lots of compliments dressing up with my little Prince Charming.
