I bought this costume for my sister who is 128lbs and is 5 feet 4 inches. I got her a small/medium and it fit perfect. The collar would only stay up for little while then it would fall down but the costume is made very well and she looked super cute in it.

The costume was extremely comfortable and not too short. I wore long sleeves underneath for warmth but not needed. I bought the large but probably could have chosen the medium as it was a little big.
