We searched on line and came to this website. My daughter found this costume with "our" own changes toned it down for a young girl. It arrived in a couple of days and we noticed that the wings were missing. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with a rep. who was very helpful and in two days we received the wings. We are very happy with the product and the service. We will use this site again in the future. Thank you.
