Title: Worst Balloons EVER!!!!

These balloons are poor quality. 2 of the 4 we purchased had a hole in them which the helium leaked out of before the party started. It's a gamble on whether you'll get good or bad quality balloons. Another friend ordered mylar balloons from Express and had the same problem.
