Title: Cheap & Junky

I was highly disappointed in this item. I was hoping that in addition to Halloween, my son could use it for play. When he opened it, I couldn't believe how cheap and junky it was. Not worth the price.

Title: Great Accessory

This is an adorable accessory to any police or swat costume. The handcuffs have a side release lever, so keys don't have to be used to undo them, even though it does come with plastic keys for the 'lock'.
