One side was dented upon arrival, and there is no way to undo that. I guess you get what you pay for, though.

My girls love to play with this. They weren't exactly as pictured because ours was only plain tulle and it frayed pretty easily. After a month of play, the glitter has rubbed off in some spots. It was cheap enough in price that it really doesn't bother me.
