I purchased this on sale. For the sale price, it was a good buy. I would not have paid more for it. It is adorable for a party, but the little "feathers" shed everywhere and my daughter did not leave it on for very long - it just was not staying on her little arm comfortably. Again, for the price it is a cute little accessory.
