Title: Ridiculously Small and Undersized

I purchased a size L, which the label on the inside says 12-14, but I'm not sure that this would even pass for an XS. I measured the waist lying flat an it is 10" across. That's a 20" waist unstretched, and there isn't that much give. The material is also a poly blend, and is quite thin.
