Title: Just Plain Bad

First of all, the costume arrived early. I can't wait to get the box opened! I took it out of the package and noticed that the colors appears to have run. I tried wiping the black marks off the gold blouse hoping they were just dust, but no, the colors ran. They maybe run because of the heat that we are having here in Texas, I just don't know. I thought ok, I can cover the spots with maybe a little bling. Then, I decided to try the costume on. One word came to mind, Sandpaper! The blouse felt like it was make of that cheapest poly . The holes for the sleeves were some tight from the elastic. The "velvet" was paper thin and crumpling. I paid too much for the costume not to have better quality. I was beyond disappointed. I was so disappointed, I didn't even take the hat out of the box. So, I can't review it. The last costume I get from Costume Express was a 10, this one -2.
