Title: Poorly Made

The dress is dark green not black, it is much shorter than pictured, and the bust would barley fit an 'A' cup even though the rest of the dress is baggy. Also the strap connected to the belt is far to long and had to be adjusted. Even for costume standards this costume was poorly made.
