Title: Great, Fun, & Totally Cute Costume!!

I have a 6 year old daughter & she loved this costume. She was able to wear it to school all day & out for Halloween the whole day. I found some little green sequences on my floor, but that's bound to happen with a 6 yr old wearing it, especially after all day at school, however, even with those that came off, it still looks brand new. There was not any old veil crow on the back that you could not ever get to stay, it was made with a little thin elastic string around the necking, which held it on her perfectly. The sizing chart could not be more accurate. I wish ever where had what celebrate express has. It was so convenient to shop online. Forget the crowds and the quality was 10 times better. Thanks Costume Express!! :) We had a very Happy Halloween because of you all!

Title: Lil' Mermaid Costume

Costume arrived with 2 holes in the side seam and the top of the bodice was torn. For the price I didn't expect much, but I expected it to be in new condition with no holes. The lining of the tail was gone after one night of trick-or-treating, but that was okay since that's all it was purchased for. Overall, my daughter enjoyed wearing it and didn't notice the poor quality. As a one-time wear, it was sufficient.

Great costume all around bought 3t but it was very big, but we just made a few alterations with a small belt and worked perfect! Great quality and very pretty!

Costume was cute and a great value compared to other mermaid costumes we looked at that we much more expensive and not as nice. the size seemed a little big, too long to be exact. My daughter is avg to tall for her size and age and I hemmed the costume up about 6 inches and she still kept tripping over the "fins" Overall she loved it and it will be played with for years to come in our dress up box.

This is an adorable outfit. My 3yr old loved being a mermaid this year for Halloween. I would recommend this costume to anyone...price is good and material is sturdy and well put together.

I have ordered from Celebrate Express for a couple of years and this is the first time I was not happy with the quality of the merchandise. The sequence on the back of the dress came off every time my daughter sat down. Very disappointing! We will not be able to use it again.

I was so excited to get my 3, almost 4 year old daughter's mermaid costume. She loves them and the costume looked so cute! However, the costume came falling apart out of the box and it was way too long. Luckily I have a sister good at alterations, but this should not have to be done when you are paying $40 for a costume! We will see how it hold up!

This costume is extremely cute and my 4 year old loves it. I do think it is a little flimsy for the price. Many of the sequins came off as soon as we took it out of the box. I imagine it will be fine as long as we are gentle and don't keep trying it on prior to Halloween. Not sure how many uses we will get before the sequins are gone. Still very cute and fun for little girls.

Title: magic mermaid costume is a better buy

My soon to be 6 year old fell in love with this costume purely because it covers your feet and the tail fin looks like a tail fin. She was a little disappointed when the costume arrived and not only did her feet show, there was no stiffness to the tail. Later the same day, after wearing the costume for a couple of hours, the "lining" in the tail ripped making it even less stiff. We were able to fix it, but I would def go with the magic mermaid costume, as we purchased that one as well for our 3 year old. It's way cooler.
