Title: Something missing

I rec'd my costume and a button was missing. I called and spoke to Cathy who was very nice and very helpful. She said she would be sending me the button if that was ok or I could get a new costome and return the defective one. I told her the button would be fine. This is the best customer service I ever received and will recommend CelebrateExpess to everyone.
