Title: Halloween scary, but saved!

I ordered the cape in early October, but when my daughter hadn't received it 27th, I called to find out what was going on. For whatever reason, it was not shipped, even though the site said it was. HOWEVER, through great customer service, they re-ordered and re-shipped the cape...and it arrived on the 29th. Nice save! Thanks again.
