I also read the other reviews for the costume and thought I would see for myself.Wow,was i surprised! The jacket fits great,but the pants I couldn't get much over my knees. i don't believe it would make much difference to get the other size either.

Title: My Halloween Costume

This was actually the WORST purchase ever! I ordered a 1X because that is the size I wear. I received it in the mail, opened the package, tried it on and it fit me like it was a size 10. I didn't have time before Halloween to return that one and then get another size so I just ordered another one in the next size up which was a 3X. I received that one in the mail promptly, opened the package, tried it on and it fit EXACTLY like the 1X. The pants had maybe an extra inch in them and that's it; the jacket was the same as the first set I ordered. They said that the 1X was equivilent to an 18-22 and the 3X was equivilent to a 24-28. I wear a 16-18 (1X).
