Title: Not bad for a costume on sale

I bought this to wear over a floor length petticoat. It is well made and very cute. It would look great on it's own ut I am too old for that look. The color is very close to pictures ans the size fits me and I am generally a large (size 12-14). I am really happy with this purchase.
