i got this kit for my daughter's 6th birthday and the girls loved them. i got some little letters from my local craft store, so the girls could personalize the necklaces. the little bead threaders work wonderfully and make it very easy for young kids to finish the activity.

Darling idea for girls but i highly recommend that starting age be 7yrs and older. We decided to use the craft for 5-6 yrs old, but it was complicated with beading.

This necklace is extremely pretty but was very hard and complicated for most the girls at my 9yr olds birthday party. They loved the finish product but had a lot of difficulties stringing the beads. The tool it comes with to thread the beads on the string breaks easily. Even I had problems.

This item was a little disappointing...it was very difficult for the kids (8 yr olds)...they complained the whole time about how hard it was to thread the beads. Once they finally finished, the final product was excellent though. just alot of work. I would not recommend for anyone under 8.

Title: Excellent Purchase

My daughters and their friends enjoyed making their own necklaces so much that their parents asked where did I purchase them because other kids saw them and wanted to make them as well. This was a big hit at the party during arts & craft session. My only complaint is that I wish that they came individually wrapped so that I can use them as a grab bag prize, but other than that I will be purchasing more for my kids in Bible Class.

Title: fun project

Was a great idea and the end product turned out okay, but was tough for the girls, all 8 years old, to get made without help. I made one with them and a couple of the beads wouldn't go on the string. But in the end, they are very pretty!
