Title: flat spinners

The spinner is very cheaply made. Perfect for giving as a party favor because you get 12 but don't expect much from these. You'll most likely find them in your yard after the party is over. ;)

Although these are very inexpensive the kids had fun attempting to twirl them and them watching the swirls.
